Join Chef Doris Fin, known for her plant-based (not plant only) philosophy, in this fun, flavourful hands-on “cooking” class where you will learn to make some familiar classics recreated into raw, vegan gluten free form. These are perfect for snacks, appetizers, or even filling enough to be enjoyed as full meals. The warmer months are a good time to eat cooling foods that are not only delicious as they are beautiful, but they will also create buzz among your friends and family. Wow them with these imaginative creations.

Homemade Almond Milk: Good bye store bought! Hello flavourful and nutritious homemade milk alternatives! Bonus…The leftover pulp is fantastic for recreating into other delicious treats!

Frothy Homemade Chocolate Milk: I cannot explain how much more delicious this is when you make it yourself with your own almond milk!

Latin Inspired Tacos: Learn to make your own taco spice mix, pico de gallo, chipotle cream, mango-sunflower seed filling, and put these together in a bright purple cabbage leaf that will have you crunching delicious flavours and leave you wanting more.
