This class will teach you how to use different vegetable, grains and pasta to create sensational salads. You will learn how to make your own quick and easy dressing, about the varieties of herbs and oils to add balanced flavour and learn about the various grains and beans to use. Plus, you’ll hone your knife skills to create chiffonade, ribbons and julienne vegetables and techniques to peel, cut and chop vegetables in a flash. Participants will create kale and quinoa, mediterranean pasta salad with artichokes, roasted peppers and sundried tomatoes and a classic rainbow vegetable salad.
