This is “nacho” usual New Year’s party! Craft Chippery will present a cornucopia of fresh-made chips, sauces and toppings to create your own ultimate nacho plate. Chef Julian Pancer will guide guests through a tasting of classic and unique combinations. And as always, Craft Chippery co-owner, Kurt will take guests through a tasting of the best of Craft Chippery. While everyone is enjoying their creations, Chef Julian Pancer will decide who’s nachos reign supreme and the winner will receive a special prize!

Julian Pancer is a Red Seal Chef and is currently Co-Owner of The Chef Upstairs, an acclaimed cooking studio. He is also Co-Owner of Pancer's Original Deli, which has been in his family since 1957. Chef Julian is a culinary graduate of George Brown College and has been working in restaurants around the world for over 15 years.
